Becoming a member of the Conservative Friends of Bangladesh (CFoB) offers the opportunity to support stronger engagement between the British Bangladeshi community, the Conservative Party, and Bangladesh. Membership provides a platform to celebrate the achievements and contributions of British Bangladeshis while promoting shared values such as enterprise, hard work, education, and community.
By joining CFoB, members can take part in discussions, events, and initiatives that strengthen dialogue and collaboration between communities, policymakers, and institutions.

Conservative Friends of Bangladesh (CFoB) Membership
£25 annually
Full CFoB membership provides access to a range of benefits, including:
- Invitation to an annual members reception in Westminster featuring distinguished guest speakers and networking opportunities
- Invitations to CFoB Policy Forums discussing issues relevant to the British Bangladeshi community and UK–Bangladesh relations
- A members training day for those interested in becoming more active in political and civic life
- Access to exclusive CFoB events during the Conservative Party Conference
- Monthly e briefings with updates from Parliament and Conservative Campaign Headquarters
- A CFoB newsletter featuring policy discussions, member articles, event updates, and community news
- Voting rights and invitations to Governing Body meetings and the Annual General Meeting
- Eligibility to stand for vacant positions on the CFoB Executive Board or Regional Branches
Please note: To qualify for full CFoB membership, applicants must also be members of the Conservative Party or a local Conservative Association.
Friend of CFoB
£10 annually
The Friend of CFoB category is open to individuals who wish to stay connected with the organisation but are not members of the Conservative Party.
While this category does not include voting rights or eligibility for Executive Board or Regional Branch positions, Friends of CFoB will receive:
- Regular updates and newsletters
- Invitations to selected CFoB events and activities
